Born out of Los Angeles synthpop trio NightWaves, Goldroom is Josh Legg’s solo effort and production alias. An amalgamation of dreamy synths, emotive vocals, and tropical disco grooves, Goldroom paints the soundscape of summertime in Los Angeles.
Keyboard Kid from Seattle is the engineer behind a large amount of Lil B’s music. In March of 2012, he teamed up with fellow Seattle artist Darwin to create a mix of tunes that the two of them were digging at the time. Keyboard Kid and Darwin performed this set live at The New Museum in NYC. The name of the mix does an excellent job of telling you what you’re about to get into.
